According to reports, 650 Afghanistani refugees in Pakistan were deported by the police in recent days.
The Taliban-controlled Ministry of Repatriation and Refugees reported on Friday, September 15, that this number of Afghanistani refugees crossed the border from Pakistan through the “Spinboldak” border crossing between Afghanistan and Pakistan in Kandahar province.
According to the information of the border command “Spinboldak” of the Taliban in Kandahar, the deported are 90 families, which includes 650 people. According to the information, 470 of them were introduced to the office of the International Organisation for Migration after being registered in the Immigration Department.
Along with these reports, 172 citizens of the country have been released from Pakistani prisons. These people were arrested by the police because they did not have legal documents in Pakistan, and they were deported from Pakistan on September 13 and 14.
According to the sources, the arrested people were suffering from various diseases, which were treated for free by the health network.
Meanwhile, in recent days, there have been reports of persecution, torture, and imprisonment of Afghanistani refugees who do not have legal documents in Pakistan.
