One of the Hazara asylum seekers from Indonesia sent a video to VOC News and said that Hazara refugees once again protested regarding the delay in handling their case in the city of “Tanjungpinang2.
Sources sent this video to VOC News on Thursday, September 21, and said that a group of Hazara asylum seekers protested in the city of “Tanjungpinang” in Indonesia and demanded that their cases be dealt with by the Indonesian government.
According to the reports of human rights organisations, there are more than 6,000 Hazara asylum seekers in this country, and so far, 16 of them have committed suicide due to mental and emotional pressure caused by the delay in processing of their cases.
