Amirhossein Rahmani and Khairullah Vahedi, two Afghanistani Hazara athletes, succeeded in winning a silver medal and a bronze medal in karate in the Iran Navid Cup.
These two Hazara Karate athletes have said that, to get the medal, they used the smallest facilities available to them, and after day and night efforts for these competitions, they got the medal.
The Navid Cup of Iran was held among 4,000 athletes from 18 countries in the capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In this competition, Amir Hossein Rahmani won the silver medal at 67 kg and Khairullah Vahedi won the bronze medal at 84 kg, representing Afghanistan.
