Two international institutions have signed a memorandum of cooperation worth five million dollars with the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation of the Taliban.
According to the Taliban-controlled news agency, Bakhtar News Agency, today (Sunday, June 25), the Taliban signed a memorandum of understanding with two institutions named APK and DRC in the fields of food, cash, education, and other matters.
It has been said that these aids are to be spent on 760 students of psychotherapy in 16 provinces.
This is while the Taliban has restricted the activities of humanitarian institutions and previously banned the activities of institutions that were active in the education sector.
