Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, chief minister of the Taliban, said that sanctions do not change the Taliban’s policies, the best way is to interact with them.
Mr. Abdul Kabir emphasised that the international community should end its unilateral behaviour and try to solve the existing problem through interaction and understanding.
In the same way, Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson of the Taliban, also said that the world should not behave hostilely and spitefully towards the Taliban, but their behaviour should be based on interaction, understanding, and tolerance.
This comes as the United Nations Security Council said in its recent report that Taliban officials do not have the right to participate in important international meetings as their presence only makes the current situation more complicated.
