The Resistance Front has said in a statement, today, Monday, June 12, that it welcomes the report of Amnesty International regarding the revelation of Taliban war crimes in Panjshir.
In the statement, the Resistance claimed that it has many documents and proofs, indicting that Taliban has committed horrible and organized crimes against humanity, all national and international legal principles and standards.
The Resistance Front also mentioned that there are documents and evidences, showing committed crimes against humanity every day, including illegal detentions, torture, raping women, displacement, dispute extortion, genocide with ethnic, religious and autocratic motives, in different districts such as Andarab, Khost, Frang and Daikundi and Badakhshan provinces.
The Resistance Front, in addition, calls upon all international human rights organizations to investigate and deal with all these anti-human crimes of the Taliban.
Amnesty International’s report stated that it was an unprecedented action by an impartial authority regarding the documentation and disclosure of the Taliban’s crimes against humanity and said that they would undoubtedly lead to more and more awareness of the inhuman image of the Taliban group.
In the end, the Resistance Front added in this statement that the ordinary fighters of Taliban are committing inhuman acts and actions on the orders of the commanders and leaders of this group, and it is necessary to make the leaders and senior commanders of this group accountable for their crimes.
