Joe Biden,US President in one of his speeches called Chinese President Xi Jinping a dictator and said that his behavior is beyond the bounds of populism.
Yesterday (Tuesday, June 20), Biden said at a rally in California that Xi Jinping is upset because of the explosion of his spy balloon in the United States, and he is trying to suppress his sadness in the form of a dictatorship.
Mr. Biden added that dictators have always been embarrassed in the eyes of the people and lost their way.
These talks were taking place while the US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken recently visited China and met with Xi Jinping to reduce tensions.
