Local sources from Kabul said that on Tuesday, June 20, the Taliban shot a guard. Sources said that this person’s name was Nusrat, and he was from Panjshir province, where he was on duty as a guard on the route of Baba Jan and the route of the Russians.
Sources expressed that Nusrat had been warned several times by the officials of the 17th district of the Taliban to leave his duty, as they wanted to hand it over to the person they wanted. But because all the shopkeepers supported Nusrat and he himself was a person with experience in that area, he did not leave his duty.
The sources added that, despite the fact that the Taliban took bribes from Nusrat, But they still harassed him at his workplace until Tuesday, June 20, at three o’clock in the afternoon, when he was shot by the Taliban.
So far, local Taliban authorities have not commented on this matter.
Meanwhile, Amnesty International has published a report claiming that the Taliban have committed war crimes against humanity in Panjshir province.
