Two people were detained on the charge of running away with a young woman in Takhar province, local sources say.
According to these sources, last night (Wednesday, July 5) these two sought to run away with a young woman from the Zargari area of Taleqan Centre when they were arrested.
The Taliban’s security officials have confirmed this news, saying this case is under investigation.
