Carl Skau, WFP’s Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, stated that nine out of 10 Afghanistani families do not have enough food to eat.
Skau stated that humanitarian aid in Afghanistan faces challenges.
He verified the Taliban’s interference in the distribution of foreign aid and stated that he hopes the Taliban will allow women to work.
