According to local sources, unknown gunmen have shot an ethnic influential in Bamyan province.
Sources added that unknown armed men attacked the house of Hayatullah Khandan, an ethnic influential, in the centre of Bamiyan around 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday (July 11).
According to these sources, four bullets were shot into Hayatullah’s body.
It is said that Mr. Khandan has been transferred to Bamyan Central Hospital for treatment, and his health condition is reported to be critical.
