The Taliban passport department has announced that some people do not have the right to get a passport due to political and legal problems.
This directorate added that those who are in debt, have been declared banned from leaving by the court, have committed a crime, have problems with their civil and commercial cases, or are children who do not have parents, do not have the right to get a passport.
The Taliban said that this decision is executory and no one has the right to disobey.
