Local sources in Daikandi reported that two young boys drowned while playing in the water.
These sources said that, two days ago, two young boys drowned while they were swimming in the “Lazir” river in the “Sukhtuk” region.
According to Afghanistan’s media reports, dozens of drowning cases have been recorded in different provinces this year. Most of these incidents happened while swimming in rivers.
