Sirajuddin Haqqani, the Taliban’s interior minister, said during his trip to Bamyan province that we want Karim Khalili and Mohammad Mohaghegh to return to Afghanistan.
Sirajuddin Haqqani said in a gathering that was held in Bamyan on Friday, September 8, that Karim Khalili and Mohammad Mohaghegh should return to Afghanistan and be with their people.
In another part of his speech, he said that no war or ethnic or religious conflicts have occurred in Afghanistan under the shadow of this group.
He added that anger is a “sin” in the eyes of this group, and we do not have any prejudice.
In the continuation of his speech, he said that the Taliban group did not take revenge on anyone and is not trying to do so. Referring to the decree of amnesty from the leader of this group, he said that everyone has amnesty.
Regarding interaction with the international community, he has stated that the way to interact with the world is open and that we want positive interaction.
These statements were made while, according to the new UNAMA report, the Taliban imprisoned, tortured, and killed more than 800 people after they came to power.
Also, people of this group extort money from Hazaras in Hazara areas to support the nomads. In the latest case, the police chief of Daykundi has imprisoned two of the Hazaras of Sang Takht in this province because of the demand of the nomads and for not paying a ransom of three million.
