The Ministry for the promotion of virtue and the prevention of Vice of the Taliban has published a video today (Wednesday, May 24) claiming that it has dealt with this matter.
Officials in this ministry of Taliban say that an apology has been made to the driver of the car who was beaten and the Muhtasib has been removed from duty.
In a video released by the Taliban administration, Reshad who is the victim says: I was treated badly by him.
But in the videos, it can be seen that the public of this ministry is violently slapping the victim.
