Zamir Kabulov, the Russian presidential envoy to Afghanistan, said that security in Afghanistan is critical and Russian citizens must not travel to this country.
In an interview with Russian RTVI media on Thursday, June 15, he emphasised that it is not good for Russians to travel to Afghanistan; they should only come for necessary reasons and only if these excursions are planned in advance so that security precautions may be taken.
He asserted that various terrorist groups are fighting against the ruling regime, which makes the situation in Afghanistan tense and dire.
