According to local sources in Helmand, the Taliban dragged Bibi Zahra, a former national security officer, from her house on Wednesday, June 21, at midnight and killed her.
Sources have added that Bibi Zahra’s Taliban did not leave Helmand because of the general amnesty decree. But the Taliban group, after identifying and prosecuting her, killed her and left her body on the side of the road.
The Taliban announced a general amnesty after coming to power. But so far, this group has not adhered to this order and has killed many civilians and military personnel.
