Habibullah Agha, the Minister of Education of the Taliban, said that 100,000 vacancies for religious schools have been announced by the leader of the Taliban, Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada.
During his trip to Nuristan province, he stated that this decree will provide 100,000 jobs for the people of Afghanistan.
Mr. Habibullah Agha added that Nuristan needs more vacancies due to its distance from the capital. For this very reason, Mullah Hibatullah has allocated more positions for this province.
Since their arrival in Kabul, the Taliban have said that religion and sharia were their priorities because they waged Jihad during the last 20 years to bring about an education system based on religion.
