Local sources said that the Taliban have ordered the closure of hair salons in Dasht-e-Barchi, the 13th district of Kabul.
In this notice, it is stated that all hair salons in the 13th district have until July 25 to stop their activities; otherwise, legal action will be taken.
At the same time, some officials of women’s hair salons have demanded the cancellation of this decree in opposition to the closure of hairdressing salons and the cancellation of their business licences by the Taliban.
This is while the Taliban ordered the closure of women’s hair salons in all provinces last week.
