A delegation of high-ranking officials of the Taliban regime has travelled to Jakarta, the Capital of Indonesia.
Hafiz Zia Ahmad Takal, the Deputy Spokesperson of the Taliban Foreign Ministry, tweeted on Friday, July 14, that the delegation led by Maghfurullah Shahab, the Deputy Political Directorate of the Ministry, traveled to this country to inspect the Taliban embassy in Indonesia.
This delegation met scholars, politicians, and businessmen and discussed strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, he said.
Takal also added that this delegation met with the ambassadors of countries such as Bangladesh, Singapore, and Sri Lanka.
The Taliban’s officials travel freely to different countries that have been banned many times by the international community.
