Shahbaz Sharif, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, has said that he will step down from the post of Prime Minister of Pakistan next month.
In an interview with the Pakistani media on Thursday, July 13, he said that he will step down from power after the end of the current government’s tenure on August 14 of this year and hand over the administration of this country to an interim government.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan has added that the Election Commission of this country will announce the date of the general election in October or November.
Sharif is stepping down from the post of Prime Minister of Pakistan, which he assumed in April of last year.
