The Taliban killed a young Hazara man who worked for the Ministry of Transportation in Kunduz.
According to sources, this individual’s name was Ali Ahmed Qateh, and he was a Hazara from Kunduz. He was the director of transport in Kunduz City and had been in that position for several years.
The Taliban reportedly took him into custody from his home on Sunday, July 23, and delivered his body to his family today, according to sources.
