Local Taliban officials in the Parwan province reported that as a result of a collision between two cars in the Laghmani area of the province, six individuals sustained injuries.
According to local officials, one of the cars was travelling from Parwan province towards Kabul, and all the victims of this incident, including women and children, were members of a single family.
The injured individuals have been transferred to the provincial hospital in Parwan for medical treatment.
This comes at a time when traffic accidents have been on the rise lately due to factors such as driver negligence, excessive speed, road defects, and failure to comply with traffic regulations.
