Their fourth and most important work was that they dredged 18 kilometres from the Helmand River towards Iran, which is a very good activity and very special for the Taliban.
This Iranian official is talking about releasing the water of the Helmand River after an Iranian delegation visited this river and its dam some time ago and said that the Helmand River is facing a water shortage.
