In this 14-minute video, the Tajik Taliban member appears with the Quran on the right side and an “American rifle” on the left side, urging his compatriots to take up arms and not fear charges such as “terrorism.”
He mentions Afghanistan in the video as a country where the “mujahideen” hold power.
Furthermore, he adds that the incitement by the Taliban in Pakistan to seize power in that country is imminent. He also mentions the successes of the “Jaish al-Adl” group in Iran.
He highlights the activities of Jaish al-Adl in Iran by publishing parts of their promotional materials in the Persian language, referring to the group as the “Defenders of Islam Organisation” in Iran.
This comes as, recently, three members of the Jamaat al-Ansar, or Tajik Taliban, were killed by the forces of Tajikistan near the Afghanistan-Tajikistan border.
Meanwhile, the President of Tajikistan, in a speech at the “Central Asia Forum,” expressed concern about terrorist activities in Afghanistan.
It is planned that next Friday, the “Moscow Format” meeting will be held by Russia to discuss the security and political situation in the region, particularly in Afghanistan.
