The primary military court of the Taliban called Mullah Ahmad Akhund innocent, and the “sexual scandal” video related to him was fake.
According to the notification of the Taliban Military Primary Court published on September 14, Mullah Ahmed Akhund has been recognised by this court as “innocent,” and the video related to him is fake.
In this notification, it is stated that the lawsuits of each of the names “Samiullah and Siddiqullah,” which were brought before the court, have been closed and the parties have settled.
The primary military court called this issue “slander” against Mullah Ahmad Akhand and said that he was acquitted by this court.
Mollah Ahmed Akhund, the head of Breshna Company, was accused of having sex when the video of his sex scandal with his bodyguard was published in the media on August 18.
