Local sources from Takhar province report that the Taliban killed a former soldier today (Wednesday, May 13th) in Takhar province.
Mr. Shamsullah was killed by Taliban forces in Hazarbagh village of Khaje Ghar district this morning. He used to serve as a national army officer, but since the Taliban took power, he had become a simple labour.
Sources say that Mr. Shamsullah was shot by the Taliban today in front of his family. The event was happening while the Taliban had given a public amnesty notice when they took power.
