Mohammad Khaled Hanafi, the well-known minister of affairs and prohibiting the denial of Taliban yesterday (Tuesday, May 13th, 2020) during a speech said: “We are self-sufficient in the field of science.”
He added that there is no need to go abroad and to be taught by infidels. Mr. Hanafi said that the Taliban have raised the level of science and knowledge to such an extent that it has become the producer of new knowledge and now there is no need for sending students to study abroad.
Besides he stated that there is no knowledge higher than religious knowledge and those who have religious knowledge are the most knowledgeable and pious people of the world.
In addition to this, Taliban’s former higher education minister also had said that modern science is for the West and it has no place in Afghanistan.
