Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson of the Taliban, announced on his Twitter page on Sunday, June 25, about new appointments by the leader of this group, Hibatullah Akhundzada.
According to the order of the Taliban leader, the following people have been assigned to the provinces and the army corps:
1- Qari Mohammad Ayub Khaled, the former governor of Kunar province, is now the governor of Badakhshan.
2- Maulvi Abdul Jamil, former judge of Badakhshan city court, as deputy governor of Badakhshan.
3- Maulvi Qadratullah Abu Hamzeh, the former governor of Zabul, as the governor of Kunar province.
4- The former deputy of the 217th army corps of the Afghan Hezbollah, Omri Maulvi, as the governor of Zabul.
5- Maulvi Amanuddin Mansour of Badakhshan province as the commander of the 217th army corps.
These changes and transformations took place while the international authorities called the Taliban government Pashtunism in their reports and statements. No one from other ethnic groups was seen in the new changes.
