The Taliban have ordered the people of the second district of Behsud to pay taxes if they have more than ten sheep.
Local sources speaking to VOC News on Thursday, August 31, said that the Taliban have ordered the people of the second part of Behsud that every family that has more than ten sheep must pay a five percent tax on each sheep.
These sources added that the Taliban started counting the sheep in the houses of the people of the second part of Behsud on Thursday, August 31.
This is despite the fact that the Taliban said some time ago that every family with more than one head of cattle should pay taxes.
The leader of the Taliban group, Mullah Hibatullah, has issued an order to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of this group to collect tithes from farmers.
